docas[control]

docas[control] is a Java-based standard software solution for the modelling, visualisation, administration, control and monitoring of output management processes. On the basis of business-rule technologies, procedural conditions can be defined and monitored in graphic form. docas[control] makes scripting obsolete.

docas[extract]

docas[extract] is a Java-based standard software solution for the extraction of document information from existing, proprietary mass-print data such as AFP, PCL, etc.. The extracted data are transformed in the process into data-semantic XML. XML provides the basic technology for the portability of information across different platforms, applications and organisations.

docas[web]

docas[web] enables the extremely efficient development of convenient and highly interactive web applications. docas[web] is a rule-based development platform for web applications. The entire functional logic is defined by means of rules. The web applications can be defined at the level of technical language. With docas[web], programming in the conventional sense is unnecessary. Above all, there is no requirement for JavaScript or any knowledge of Java.

docas[rules]

Using docas[rules], the technical expert can define and test functional rules without any knowledge of programming. docas[rules] provides tools for the recording, editing, verification and execution of rules. The tools for rule management using docas[rules] enable rules to be formulated in such a way that they are also comprehensible for other departmental experts. The communication barrier between departmental experts and IT experts is removed. Both can concentrate on their key activities. The departmental experts have more control over time-critical changes to their business processes, and formulate their rules themselves. docas[rules] is the basis for all the other products in the docas family.
